We can also use most mainstream accounting packages for greater volumes of transactions including Sage, Quickbooks, Xero, Clear Books and Iris Openbooks. Our preferred choice is Xero

How do we work?
Basically, we work remotely, it's pretty simple, you send us your paperwork, receipts, invoices etc and we will input all the information onto your web based accounts package. We make sure all your paper records are in order, to ensure the year end process of getting all the correct paperwork to the accountant is as streamlined as possible. If you are VAT registered we’ll keep track of incoming and outgoing VAT payments so that when the time comes, completing the necessary VAT return is a breeze.
Don’t worry if you’ve currently got a backlog of paperwork – quite often when clients first come to us they have piles of un-organised paperwork, we enjoy the challenge of turning your chaos into neat and tidy, it's what we do best.
Where do we work?
We work remotely, this enables us to save time and travel costs so you get full value from us. If you are based locally then we can be flexible to attend your premises if needed.
